It seems that our mysterious woman is revealed. here. She is no Sophia Arkwright… she’s called Europa (from Alcyon). Wonder which is the true name. Also wondering if the picture is really hers…
I don’t believe she will answer my questions about OOC or Blazhev, but no doubt that she knows some shit about what is going on here.
She’s twittering in portuguese but I can translate. One of her first messages reads: “We invited some nordics to dinner, but they don’t feel confortable around us.” The word “nordics” appear a lot in alien conspiracies and counter-culture, but these popular nordic aliens are said to come from the Pleiades (then again a lot of weird things are said about nordic aliens). Well Europa doesn’t look nordic to me and if the nordics were Pleiadeans, why would they feel unconfortable around Europa? Something doesn’t add up.
Another of her messages says “I don’t know why Mikel didn’t use more silicon dioxide to make human bones…” This Mikel must be the one who wrote the code in the fax.
Another: “Mister Blazhev really saw too much. I am going to send a company of nordics to protect him.”
I’m going to follow and maybe ask some questions. Maybe she doesn’t have anything to hide after all.

This impressive tool seems to help us a lot in this. It seems that numbers until 128 can be converted to ascii. I tried all the numbers but I ended up with pretty nothing except the last string after //CAMDENCODE1900 that can be translated as 77 73 75 69 76 or MIKEL. Again google searches for MIKEL are all dead ends, but if you find anything let me know.

(if you’re really into cracking this thing, you should always check with the original scan, I don’t know if I copied the numbers well).
On a first analysis the “/” separates blocks of code and then there are two characters “C” and “W” that appear before every number except the first of a block. They could be converted to numbers, but since I don’t know what they are, let’s leave them for now. Also the C is more frequent than the W and the W appears a lot in the beginning. They might types of data. This could be like a positioning index acompanied by a key only the reciever knows.
Strange woman visits Blazhev March 31, 2009

It seems that Blazhev had a visit this weekend. The visitor’s log says she was called Sophia Arkwright and that she logged at 3PM as a family member. My friend describes her as a very tall and impressive woman. She looked mediterranean but had large blue-white eyes and very long smooth hair falling to her waist. She also “walked like she owned the whole frigging building”.
Blazhev is generally regarded as a violent man but in the instant he saw the woman, he was “docile like a puppy”, or so I’m told. Who she was, no one knows, but wasn’t his cousin for sure.
Blazhev must have seen something he shouldn’t. My friend will try to question him again about his weird alien story.

Project OOC – from the Pleiades? March 28, 2009

Ok, this is getting stranger. Actually no one knows what that piece of paper is. But I found certain interesting facts about it. The fax template is from Microsoft Word. There goes my alien hypothesis (unless Microsoft is selling software across different planets haha).
No one could identify the language of the logo except the fact that ‘alkio’ means embryo in Finnish, and ‘meni’ is the past of ‘to go’. This means 1) it is not Finnish 2) it is very bad Finnish or 3) it is a dialect of some nordic language.
About the code, we only know that it has a lot of hexadecimal numbers. They’re still very puzzling when converted to decimal.
Someone pointed out that the logo looked like the Subaru logo and a fast googling revealed that Subaru is the japanese for the Pleiades. One of the stars is Alcyone, the bigger one, and the name in the fax has a similiar ‘alkion’ there, which might be related to the star.

Looks like a match to me.
We looked into every computer game related to the keyword ‘Pleiades’ to check if there were references to that code… nothing. We also checked the local authorities and document types… nothing. I inquired a former NSA agent and he told me he never seen anything like this, but the hexadecimal is very recognizable (he wouldn’t tell me what it was if he knew either, but he wasn’t lying).

Been searching the net for some explanation to that, but couldn’t find anything substantial. I already threw the word in the streets with my well placed contacts.
What exactly is Project OOC ? It might as well be some alien supermarket list, but the text is really intriguing.

Ok, now this is interesting. He showed me the document and it’s just one paper. See for yourself.

What intrigues me first is the symbol at the top. Tried googling Meni Imalkion and found nothing. The next thing is Project OOC. I think it could be Out of Character and this is related to some role playing game. I don’t know. “Press forward” look like some battle plan. The code is really interesting. At first sight it looks like hexadecimal and the mention to Camden suggests it is something local.
Now I’m going to bed, I’ll look into it later.

Yesterday, a friend told me he had some really hot information going on. Something about human’s origin or a global conspiracy. I told him I’m not David Icke and I don’t wear purple (thou its a nice color), but he managed to grab a really shady document at the Main Public Library. He says it’s a code. I asked him how did he knew it was about mankind’s origin. He said it was inside October 2006 edition of Time Magazine.

My take on UFO’s is very simple. What is an UFO? Unidentified Flying Object. It is not a question of if I believe in them or if I believe in aliens, it’s a question of an observation phenomenon, that might, or might not, be relevant. All else is secondary. An UFO is a documentation process, it has nothing to do with aliens, conspiracies, and whatnot.
I am interested in those phenomenons, but I’m not the type to go outside and photograph every light I see. They might as well be an unidentified light post.

It’s not what you think. These dragons live in Indonesia. It seems that they can go up to 9.8 ft. Fortunately, they don’t do the fire breath thing or threaten Tokyo.
